He works as a docent at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden and a guide at the New Mexico History Museum.
He is a student of New Mexico geology, ecology, and the state’s incredible layers of culture and history.
Terry is a naturalist and hiking experience leader for Santa Fe Footprints and the Santa Fe Botanical Garden. In addition, he teaches classes in ecology for the Garden.
Terry and his wife Ruth have lived in New Mexico for 31 years. 16 of those in Santa Fe. For 15 of those years he was involved in large scale land reclamation projects on the Navajo Nation. This experience enabled him to acquire a background in New Mexico native plants, soils and an appreciation for our unique ecology and native culture.
