Meet Bob, your Santa Fe Footprints guide:
Bob is an experienced foot guide with relatively new but enthusiastic roots in Santa Fe. He is a member of the Santa Fe Tour Guides Association, an experienced local guide, and a docent at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden on Museum Hill.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Bob retired from a technology career in the financial services sector and moved with his wife, Nancy, to New York City when she pursued a career change that took her to the Big Apple.
While on the East Coast, Bob joined the Central Park Conservancy and won an award for planning the best tour of the park. He also led tours of SoHo in Manhattan, Chinatown, Little Italy, and his favorite, the Brooklyn Bridge.
When it came time to leave New York, Bob and Nancy had cities throughout the country from which to choose. They chose Santa Fe and moved here about 3 years ago. In moving here, they followed the original route of the Santa Fe Trail, an 850-mile road trip from Independence, Missouri, to Santa Fe.
Bob feels fortunate to reside in this very special city and wants more than anything to share its rich history with those lucky enough to visit.
